Terms of Service

By creating an account or using 90-Second Solutions ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

90-Second Solutions is a self-guided wellness app that provides science-backed micro-practices for emotional regulation. It is designed to support everyday wellbeing — not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition.

90-Second Solutions is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or call a helpline in your area.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@90secondsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
• Monthly Subscription: After the trial, your monthly subscription renews at $6.99/month unless cancelled.
• Annual Subscription: An annual plan is available at $59.99/year, billed once per year.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your Profile page → Manage Billing, or by contacting us at support@90secondsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Contact us within 48 hours of an unintended charge and we will review your case.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, billing is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Cancellations must be made through your Apple ID account settings. We do not control Apple's billing processes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App or its content.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.

All content in the App — including text, audio scripts, voice guidance, exercises, and design — is owned by 90-Second Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Content you create in the App (such as reflections, journal entries, and custom values) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the App's features. We do not sell or share your personal content.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated data, including reflections, values, and progress. Subscriptions are cancelled upon deletion with no partial refunds.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the practices will produce specific outcomes. Use at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 90-Second Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
